Our programs are designed to encourage, educate and inspire people from all walks of life in the journey of CrossFit. We have a variety of classes to suit people of different fitness level and age groups.
This is an introduction class to CrossFit. You will learn the fundamental movements that are required of you in our daily WOD (workout of the day). We focus on the technical and safety aspects, so you are able to move and lift weights confidently and prevent injuries.
Our classes focus on building physical skills (strength, flexibility, stamina, endurance) & improving neurological fitness (balance, coordination, agility, accuracy). It is high intensity, and differs every session/day and compliments functional movement in your daily lives. We use a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics, running and rowing which is all scaled or modified to suit all levels of ability.
