This is an introduction class to CrossFit. You will learn the fundamental movements that are required of you in our daily WOD (workout of the day). We focus on the technical and safety aspects, so you are able to move and lift weights confidently and prevent injuries.
- The 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit (Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Medicine-Ball Clean)
- Gymnastic movements (Pull ups, Ring exercises)
- Mono-structural movements (rowing, jump rope, running)
