Our CrossFit classes focus on building physical skills (strength, flexibility, stamina, endurance) & improving neurological fitness (balance, coordination, agility, accuracy). It is high intensity, and differs every session/day and compliments functional movement in your daily lives. We use a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics, running and rowing which is all scaled or modified to suit all levels of ability.
