Our goal is to encourage, educate and inspire people from all walks of life in the journey of Crossfit. We have a variety of classes to suit people of different fitness level and age groups.
CROSSFIT CLASS
Our classes focus on building physical skills (strength, flexibility, stamina, endurance) & improving neurological fitness (balance, coordination, agility, accuracy). It is high intensity, and differs every session/day and compliments functional movement in your daily lives. We use a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics, running and rowing which is all scaled or modified to suit all levels of ability.
FUNDAMENTAL
This is an introduction class to Crossfit. You will learn the fundamental movements that is required of you in our daily WOD(workout of the day).
We focus on the technical and safety aspect, so you are able to move and lift weights confidently and prevent the risk of injuries.
SWEAT
(SWEAT classes are temporarily unavailable due to safety measures during this pandemic times. Don't fret, we will keep you guys updated when it's back!)
SWEAT is a CrossFit introduction class which delivers high intensity and full-body workout.
Suitable for all fitness levels, no CrossFit experience needed.
However, for those who love Cardio, this is PERFECT for you!
